STAND-ALONE ELECTRONIC SERVICE (E-SERVICE) IS NOW AVAILABLE IN CALIFORNIA!
eService is a fast and efficient way to notify a party that a court document has been served electronically.
Why eService?
eService saves time and money by using email to notify a party that a court document has been served electronically.
How eService Works
1. Party A sends an email notification to Party B at an email address Party B authorizes for electronic service. This email formally notifies Party B that a court document(s) has been served.
2. The email identifies the court document(s) by its specific name.
3. The email contains a hyperlink Party B can click on to securely view and download the court document(s).
How to place an eService order
1. Log in to your attorneyscertified.com account.
2. Click on Place Order.
