Please be advised of the Kern County Recorder Fee Increase.
Effective April 9, 2014, the Real Estate Fraud Fee will increase from $2.00 to $10.00 in Kern County, as authorized by the Kern County Board of Supervisors pursuant to Government Code 27388 (Amended January 1, 2013). This action will increase all “Real Estate” documents as listed in said code by $8.00 each.
